My name is Pascal Geslot, and for over 40 years I have been helping people from all backgrounds get back in shape, lose weight, and transform their lives sustainably. Living in Rio de Janeiro since 2004, I founded the Sport-RX2002 clinic with a simple belief: physical transformation becomes truly effective when supported by solid professional guidance, a proven method, and consistent human support.
My journey as an athlete and former head coach of the Brazilian national karate team taught me one essential principle: anyone can progress when guided with clarity, structure, and discipline.
A career built on discipline and performance
My path in sports began with karate, a discipline in which I hold a 4th Dan black belt, multiple national medals, and experience as former coach of the Brazilian national team. Through this discipline, I learned the importance of consistency, precision, and discipline — the core values that define the Sport-RX2002 method.
Over the years, I expanded my experience into athletics and CrossFit, a passion I share with my son Enzo Tucher Geslot. This diversity allows me to offer a comprehensive, realistic, and highly effective approach to guiding each client toward long-lasting results.

About: Enzo Tucher Geslot
Enzo Tucher Geslot grew up in Rio de Janeiro in a sports-oriented environment, especially at the CrossFit Cavaleiro II Box, where he developed his passion for performance from an early age. A training experience in Norway further broadened his athletic vision and enhanced his maturity.
Today, as a coach at Sport-RX2002, Enzo stands out for his energy, seriousness, and natural ability to motivate. Technical mastery, strong communication skills and full dedication to each client’s results make him a highly appreciated coach and a key asset to the clinic.
